About Painted Plains Stud
Here at painted plains stud we raise competition & Work quality mares and stallions. You will find our selection of stallions and mares are well suited in Reining, Roping, Cutting, Barrel Racing, Western Pleasure & Trail competitions. All our stock is also very capable at cow work and they make great companions as well.
Our Facilities Overview
Our Facilities include 2 large pastures. This is a working farm so one pasture is solely for our cow stock. Our other pasture is large enough to confortable hold 8 adult horses plus foals. Our property also has a large spacious barn with an indoor wash/groom area, 8 stalls, feed room, tack room, medium sized fenced field for growing crops, a small Orchard full of apple trees, among other fruits, hen house with fence surrounding it to keep the hens from wandering to far, and a pig pen. We also have an indoor arena for training new riders and green horses, a round pen for warm-ups, Outdoor arena for competitions and prep training, We also have an on site Vet clinic for quick x-rays and analysis

11/20- Today we recieved our other filly, a dun Quarter Horse Mare
11/19- Today we recieved 1 of our new fillies. A Creamello Quarter Horse filly.
10/14 - The last 2 of our horses we sent sale applications for have arrived. We got a grey paint mare and our bay appaloosa filly has arrived as well.
10/6 - We have recieved another new addition. A Bay Tabiano American Paint Horse Yearling named AMEC's Beautiful Fire
10/2 - We have recieved a new addition the the ranch. He's a Dark Bay Quarter Horse Weanling with an outstanding pedigree. go and check him out :)
10/1 - We have a new addition to the ranch. He's a retired Blue Roan Quarter Horse who will be standing at Stud here at PPS.
9/30 - Site is officially up and running
